The 3mc Referral Service gives you a way to keep earning from those cases instead of walking away from them. You refer the client. We handle the full advice process. You keep a share of the revenue and full visibility from start to finish.
What you get:
- 25% of gross revenue, paid to you on completion
- Broker fee capped at £595 regardless of case complexity or type
- No cross-sell agreement. We only advise on the mortgage requirement
- Your client is ring-fenced to you within 3mcView, our CRM
- Repeat business means repeat income – you’re notified of any future activity from the same client
- Enhanced terms available on commercial and bridging cases over £500,000
We cover residential, buy-to-let and portfolio BTL, bridging (regulated and non-regulated), and commercial and semi-commercial. Referring is a single email. Send the client’s background, property and loan details, objectives and contact details and we’ll take it from there.
