10stars if I could, Once again Leigh, Jack and the team who work with 3MC, have come through for me, they are extremely efficient, chase up the lenders to get moving and got me my remortgage which I needed done quickly. Cannot thank you enough. Also when one or the other is on holiday, the rest of the team, Tia, Alex, Jack Raglan, everyone who helped me and seamlessly too. Do not use anyone else is my recommendation. Fantastic team, I cannot recommend Leigh and his team Jack Bailey highly enough. Every time I’ve needed a mortgage, remortgage they have not only got the best product for me, they are polite, reply very quickly and return calls, they take all the headache out of form filling etc and literally hold my hand through the whole process. We’ve worked with 3MC for many years now and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Over that time they’ve arranged countless mortgages for us across our property portfolio, and the service has been consistently outstanding. A special mention has to go to Jason Slicker and Sally, who have both been exceptional. Before Sally, Alex looked after us and was equally fantastic. It’s never just been about finding a mortgage. They’ve helped us overcome complex lending issues, dealt with endless underwriting questions, managed the admin, and kept everything moving when things could easily have stalled. What really sets them apart is that they rarely come to us with problems and instead they come to us with solutions. Time and time again they’ve dealt with lender queries, underwriting issues and unexpected hurdles behind the scenes before we even knew they existed, allowing us to get on with running our business while they took care of everything. On top of that, their access to exclusive products has saved us a significant amount of money over the years. When you’re arranging multiple mortgages, those savings really add up, and their advice has consistently been in our best interests rather than simply finding a lender.
