For loan applications submitted from today until 30th September 2026 there will be no arrangement fees on:
- owner occupied loans of £750,000 and above
- commercial & semi-commercial investment loans of £750,000 and above
- Specialist BTL loans of £1.5m and above
This applies to new applications only, and will be for the 5-month validity of the mortgage offer (i.e. if the offer expires and the promotion is no longer available, the arrangement fee will revert to normal levels).
