Precise have launched new rates across both residential and buy to let product transfer ranges. Featuring a wide range of product options to support your customers. Short-term fixes for those who need the greater flexibility of shorter tie-in periods and 5-year fixes for those looking for longer-term stability.

Bridging finance criteria has also been enhanced to include large HMO and commercial conversions. Tier 2 refurbishment now includes:

• NEW Conversions to be a HMO of up to 10 lettable rooms
• NEW Conversion of a commercial unit into a maximum of 4 flats
