Introducing Hampshire Trust Bank:

• For buy-to-let cases, HTB are now lending to non-home owning first-time landlords.
• An applicant will have to demonstrate an income of over £60,000 pa, and our underwriters need to be satisfied that they’re not intending to live in the property.
• Now lending on MMC and non-standard property types, granted approval by the Build Offsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS).
