New Reduced Buy to Let Packager Exclusive Launched

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new reduced Buy to Let Packager Exclusive product with Vida Homeloans. All applications will be supported by Vida’s 15 working day application to offer service pledge.
The packager exclusive product is a 5 year fixed rate at 3.34% with a flat fee of £3,750 and is available for loan sizes up to £750,000. Available to 75% loan to value for both limited company and individual applications.
The 15 working days application to offer service pledge is only offered to packagers as part of this exclusive product.
