We are pleased to announce the launch of a new “Large Loan” Buy to Let Shared Exclusive with The Mortgage Lender. The product is available to both limited company and individual applications with loan sizes between £500,000 and £750,000. The 5 year fixed rate product is fixed at 3.48% with a 0.50% lender completion fee.
