United Trust Bank has a residential first charge range available through selected packagers only. The range is available for both remortgages and purchases up to 75% Loan to Value. All CCJ’s/Defaults, either mail order or communications related are ignored across all pricing plans. In addition, Up to 6 x income is considered for remortgages to 60% Loan to Value.
