Company Profile

Established in 1996, 3mc is one of the leading mortgage distributors and one of only a handful of Rooftop Specialist Centres in the UK and is fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

We are, however, not just a distributor, we also fulfil the role of a mortgage placement company to assist with all new enquiries, liaising with lenders to devise the most suitable products for current market conditions.

3mc has dedicated business development managers, mortgage placement experts and an experienced team of underwriters all of which have been recruited from lenders and have considerable industry experience.

We provide a specialist panel of lenders with full packaging facilities, covering the needs of the market, which extends from Prime and Buy to Let to Flexible, Self Certification and Non Conforming mortgages.

3mc are members of the Alliance of Mortgage Packagers & Distributors (AMPD) and are also long term appointees of the BM Solutions "approved distributor" panel.
